Chase spent 20 years in the insurance and consulting industries reaching to VP of Underwriting for Aetna. In 1998 he reached out to the Chief Medical Director and encouraged him to offer mindfulness & meditation to Aetna’s employees and their members. He politely replied that Chase “was too far ahead of them.” Seventeen years later Aetna started teaching its employees meditation. He doesn’t want you do wait another second.
Chase’s first book, “Chasin’ Meditation,” is a very clear, concise, “how to” book on meditation for professionals. In fact, he wrote it for very busy professionals like you, to read in an evening and be able to practice effectively the very next morning. His second book, “Chasing Your Mind Warrior,” shares what he has learned as a Black Belt in Taekwondo. His goal is for people, like you, who may never have the opportunity to study martial arts, but to be able to Think, Act, and Persevere like a Black Belt: bringing Black Belt results to your professional and personal lives.
His third book, “The Meditation Stutras,” due out this fall, is a deep dive into working with your subconscious mind to release your inhibiting fears and letting loose your Super Powers. (You do know you have Super Powers, don’t you?).
