About Me:

ExecuWright is a Business Transformation Consulting and Coaching firm. We believe that every person deserves to have a job that they love. The key to creating employees who are raving fans is by creating strong, empowered, high-performing teams.

Through almost 20 year of experience working with organizations, we have learned that the people are the most important part of the organization. Execution is as much about your people as any other business aspect. When your people are successful, your business is successful. Big and small changes can sometimes inhibit your people’s ability to be successful and we help to make sure change doesn’t disrupt your success.

ExecuWright understands that if the people have the tools and systems they need to be successful then the organization has a much higher propensity for success.

Speaker Topic Description #1: High-performing employees create high-performing companies. People are the single most important aspect of almost all organizations. No matter what product or service you are selling, if your people don’t believe in you, your company or your mission, they will struggle with helping your company to be successful.

When your team believes in you, in your mission, in your products, they will be as passionate as you are about building your organization.

In this session, you will learn about how many leaders ignore some of the most critical factors of team success and what you can do to avoid those pitfalls.

You will learn about the three pillar of high-performing teams:

– Truth – leaders who are truthful and transparent with their communications to their teams, build trust. When employees trust their leaders,

– Empowerment – When people feel their leaders trust their decisions, they develop a sense of ownership. Empowered employees are more entrepreneurial, creative and strategic.

– Resiliency – Change happens constantly, it is the nature of the world we now live in. Resilient teams are strong enough and have the processes in place to be able to manage through change seamlessly.

We will talk about some simple techniques that you can use as a leader to make quick, lasting changes in your teams and create raving fans.
